General terms and conditions
The general terms and conditions apply to all -also future- business relations between FlyFishing-Switzerland and its customers. Deviations from the general terms and conditions are only binding if they are confirmed in writing by FlyFishing-Switzerland. Customers under 18 years of age require the signature of their legal representative for registration. The invalidity of individual provisions does not result in the invalidity of the entire contract.
1. dates:
Agreed appointments such as individual trainings/guidings can be canceled free of charge up to 24h before the appointment. For cancellations between 12 and 24h before the appointment 50% of the costs will be charged. For cancellations within 12h or failure to keep the appointment without cancellation, 100% of the costs incurred will be charged. Excluded are health reasons. Here is always a free cancellation possible.
In case of cancellation on the part of FlyFishing-Switzerland, the missed appointment will be credited without time limit.
2. payment:
For individual training and all other services except group training, payment is made in advance or on site.
3. group training:
Each course consists of ten sessions and has a start and end date. If there are missing units within the booked course, the participants have the possibility to attend another course to make up the hour. If not all missing lessons could be made up within the booked course period, these lessons will be forfeited. There are no group courses during the Christmas vacations, Easter vacations and on public vacations.
If a course registration is cancelled one week prior to the start of the course, either a replacement must be provided or 100% of the course cost must be paid.
4. liability:
FlyFishing-Switzerland assumes no liability for personal injury or property damage of any kind, in particular recourse claims due to self-inflicted accidents or damage of any kind are excluded. Lost items cannot be replaced. No liability is assumed for theft or injuries. Participation in the courses and training services is at your own risk.
5. registrations / order confirmation:
Registrations of the customer in oral, telephone as well as written or electronic form are to be considered binding in any case.
6. cancellation:
FlyFishing-Switzerland reserves the right to cancel events for compelling reasons. A suitable alternative date will be suggested by FlyFishing-Switzerland. In the event that no alternative date can be found, 100% of the fees for the cancelled session will be refunded. However, claims for wasted travel expenses will not be accepted.
7. handling of personal data (Valid from 25.5.2018 -DSGVO).
FlyFishing-Switzerland undertakes not to pass on customer data to third parties and to treat it confidentially.
